During the course of an assignment our clients are provided with an extensive overview of the market in which they are looking to recruit, including compensation, recent appointments, and micro and macro hiring trends.Tanya Lutyens founded Lutyens da Cunha in 2001 having previously worked at Armstrong International where she was responsible for building their alternative investments business.
Previously Tanya worked at Mercury Asset Management (now BlackRock) having joined on the graduate training programme, rotating around investment and distribution divisions before joining the European sales team for the Mercury Select Trust.
Tanya holds an MA (Hons) in Economics from Edinburgh University (1997) and is IMC qualified.
